What we do

Primer is a done-for-you customer experience service built specifically for home service businesses — electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors, handymen, roofers, and more.

We handle your online presence, lead intake, reviews, and billing so you can focus on the work, not the admin. Think of us as your CX team — we build it, run it, and maintain it for you.

Every Primer client gets:

Higher tiers add scheduling software (Jobber), Google Ads, and SEO content.

We do everything for you. You don't log into dashboards, set up software, or manage tools. If something breaks or needs updating, that's on us — not on you.

No. Setup is a one-time fee, and the monthly retainer is month-to-month. We're confident in what we deliver — we don't need to lock you in.

Just give us 30 days notice if you ever want to cancel, and we'll transfer everything to you cleanly.

Getting started
  1. Kickoff call — we learn your business, get your logo, photos, and contact info
  2. We build — website, integrations, and automations (typically 1–2 weeks)
  3. Review and launch — you approve everything before it goes live
  4. Ongoing — we handle updates, maintenance, and monthly reporting

You'll need about 30 minutes with us at kickoff. After that, we handle the rest.

We'll assess what you have. If it's solid, we'll work with it. If it's outdated or costing you leads, we'll recommend building fresh.

Either way, we'll be honest — we're not going to rebuild something that doesn't need to be rebuilt.

Yes. Your domain, your content, your accounts. If you ever leave Primer, we'll hand everything over cleanly. No hostage situations.

Give us 30 days notice. We'll transfer your website, domain, and all accounts to you. No penalties, no drama.

How it works

We set up Stripe-linked payment on your invoices — through Xero or standalone payment links. Customers click a link and pay online. No more chasing checks or waiting on ACH.

Most clients see invoice-to-payment time drop significantly within the first 30 days.

After you complete a job, Primer automatically sends a follow-up message asking the customer to leave a review. No manual effort from you.

More reviews → higher ranking in local search → more leads. Businesses with 4.5+ stars get significantly more inbound calls than those below 4.0.
